The Area:
This apartment complex is located in the north side of Richmond.  It is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood.  The area is up and coming and there is a lot of new housing construction in the area.  Although family friendly, there are also a lot of restaurants and shops nearby.  You can walk to local food places, or the local park is just 4 blocks away.  Come live in one of Richmond’s secret hideaways.

The Unit:
Each apartment unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. There is a total of 813 square feet of living space and is equipped with central heating and cooling. This is definitely one of the larger apartment units that you will find in the Richmond area. Each unit has a back door entrance as well.  The apartment is only 2 miles from VCU, and is on the bus line. Tenants here can use the GRTC bus to go to school and not have to fight with traffic or parking in the morning. This also saves you about $200/semester in parking permits. There is a central laundry on site.  All utilities are paid for by the tenant.  Water, sewer, and trash is a flat $60 per month.
